
叶鹭鸣博士
学术简介
叶鹭鸣博士现为通识教育基础课程讲师。于香港中文大学药理学系取得哲学博士后,她一直从事教学及研究工作。叶博士相信内在的动机是自主学习者需要具备的要素;因此,老师的角色,就是诱发、维持和增强学生与生俱来的内在动机。此外,她感兴趣的研究范畴包括医学教育和同侪学习,特别是医学课程的评估、问题导向学习、病人作为培训医生和病人关系的合作伙伴和同侪学习。目前,她的研究重点为同侪辅学的评估、同侪辅学作为阅读研讨会、同侪辅学的最佳实践方案、苏格拉底式的对问方法在同侪辅学中的应用以及线上同侪辅学的实施和评估。她是经过认证的同侪辅学以及辅助教学的导师。自2016年,她两次获得教学发展及语文培训补助金的拨款。于2021年,她所属的同侪辅学团队,获颁博文教学奖。
